The Network connects clergy and lay leaders with the resources, learning, and processes that build the vitality of their ministries and the congregations they serve. Blogs and conversations address what spiritual leaders need to know now.
Spiritual Leadership requires digging deep into our own human awareness and into our living, breathing, relationship with God. As a Christians, we believe God is intimately part of our leadership whether we are in the Sunday School Room or the Board Room. Digging deep means always learning, staying curious, making decisions, shaping discussion, inspiring vision, being quiet, and finding our voice. The Network connects people who lead through all these dimensions.
The Network for Spiritual Leadership conversations begin with the reflections and resources these blog posts. The issues covered will range frequent questions of parish life, leadership styles, the interaction of context, practice and vocational development as well as my personal focus of spirituality and commuity for care-givers of those with brain diseases. You can start a conversation by asking a question or suggesting a topic for a blog post. What do you wonder about in your parish and in your ministry? Our personal wisdom is always expanded by the wisdom of others in our community.
